الملخص

The study aimed to identify the impact of applying the enterprise resource
planning system on the performance of workers in industrial enterprises (case
study of Al-Junaid Sugar Factory). The sample of the study was selected in a

simple random way, and it included (50) employees who used the enterprise
resource planning system inside the factory, and to process the data statistically,
the statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) program was used. Enterprise
resources and employee performance, there is a relationship with a positive effect
between the effectiveness of the application of the enterprise resource planning
system and the quality of information, there is a relationship with a positive
effect between the effectiveness of the application of the enterprise resource
planning system and the satisfaction of users, and the most important
recommendations of the study: providing the possibility of communication
between departments and providing good service to the user, Pay attention to the
positive indicators of the enterprise resource planning system and reduce risks,
and develop the information obtained, update it and multiply its sources.
