الملخص

Writing is one of the linguistic skills that must be mastered, and it is

often practiced to express ideas latent in the soul, however the ability of

students to learn the language according to writing skills is still weak. Which

prompted the researcher to approach this important topic under the title: “Basic

skills in Arabic writing among students of the College of Education at White

Nile University - Level 1” A case study. The study aimed at preserving human

heritage and the ease of transmitting human knowledge from one generation to

the next. It also aimed to increase the yield. With the knowledge of correct

writing skills, the researcher followed the analytical descriptive approach based

on induction, tracking and content analysis The study reached many results,

including: the weakness of learners' ideas, the shallowness of their culture, and

reliance on familiar and clichéd formulations; It led to their weakness in the

level of correct writing, the tyranny of the colloquial style of expression;

Making learners not care what is right, the lack of confidence of many

students; And that is through contradiction in proposing ideas, so the student

confirms an idea and then comes up with what contradicts it later. The study

recommended that the teacher should speak classical Arabic with students. To

mix their minds, get used to hearing it, and love to read with it as

recommended by reading from various ancient and modern sources, such as

literature, language and meanings books. The reader becomes acquainted with

the vocabulary and methods, and their ideas grow and expressive experiences

increase.
