الملخص

This study tackled the mental image of the Ministry of Health in Sudan

towards Covid19. It aimed to stand on the role of the Ministry of Health towards

Covid 19 to identify the public's impression of the Ministry of Health towards

the Covid 19 issue and the level of public satisfaction with it. Considering its default in combating the crisis of Covid 19. The study used the descriptive
survey method, observational data collection tools and a questionnaire. The
study reached many results, the most important of which are: that 96.0 of the
respondents acknowledge the existence of Covid 19 disease in Sudan and that it
affects all members of society and that it is a fatal disease, and that most of the
sample believe that the Ministry of Health does not have a clear vision regarding
Covid 19 disease, and also that most of the sample believe that the Ministry of
Health did not succeed in exploiting social networking sites to educate people
about it. The study recommended that the Ministry of Health should persuade
the public to distance themselves from customs and traditions that affect the
spread of the (Covid 19). The Ministry must provide sufficient information
about diseases (Covid 19). The Ministry of Health must work to improve its
mental image by conducting studies and researches.
