This study aims to identify the relationship between environmental health
and factors for the spread of cancer. Identify the natural human factors and
their impact on health conditions and the spread of disease in the study area.
Also defining the efforts made by the official authorities to limit the spread of
the disease. The study followed the historical, regional, descriptive, analytical
and statistical, and interview and observation were used as study tools. The
sample size of the study was (340) patients. The data was analyzed by the
Statistical Packages for Social Sciences (SPSS) program. The study found that
there is a high incidence of the disease in the study area, and that natural
factors have a role in the spread of cancer in the study area. It was found that
the most common type of cancer is breast cancer, and there is a relationship
between diet and disease. The study recommends that all necessary measures
should be taken to combat the risk factors that contribute to the spread of the
disease. Work to educate people and make them aware of the signs of cancer,
activating the role of the media in all its forms to carry out its role in full health
awareness, paying attention to the psychological aspect of cancer patients by
making psychological preparation programs on how to deal with this disease,
especially in the study area. It is necessary to limit the spread of the disease by
holding scientific workshops and educational courses to enlighten citizens in
rural areas.
